Teal Another Teal:
Okay I need a second to pick my jaw up off my keyboard.... Okay all good.
Teal Another Teal has a very thick opaque formula and it could almost be a one coater but you'll want that second coat. It's very unique and almost looks like little granules of sand. It is not textured but it has an interesting complex composition. On top of that it has a very killer micro shimmer that flops between pink to golden pink and gives it a hint of a duo-chromatic effect. The Shimmer is very prominent in this one and while you can see the shimmer in my pictures just know that in person they are more intense and more gorgeous. The base is Teal but it leans more into a dark green teal. There are also super tiny blue and purple glitters that are thrown in that really just make this polish that much more exciting.
Seriously this is Perfection in a bottle.
You Go Ghoul:
This is Dark Brown Black jelly base with a mix of orange, grape and berry glitters. Very Halloweenish!! (btw have you noticed stores already have Halloween displays out? crazy! ) I like the mix of different glitter sizes and shapes well it's mostly hexes. My favorite is the small tiny bar glitters. For me that's what makes this polish pop. They look like tiny hairs!! I did enjoy this one in fact I'm still wearing it right now but after having it on all day it sorta just looks more black to me than anything. I find the black just overpowers the glitters and they sorta just fall into the background of the polish. It's not a bad thing but I prefer my glitters to be loud and annoying.. haha just kidding. My final thoughts on this one... Many will love it, the glitter colors just blend together so well. Plus there's a ton of halloween lovers out there and they are going to eat this one up.
There are a total of seven new polishes in the KBShimmer Fall line. Did these two get you excited?
Let me know what you think of them!
