Lisa Frank Nail Art

So I'm gonna say this right off the bat... I consider this a Semi Fail. I think the problem was my subject matter was just too big for the canvas I was working with. Also the fact that this was a late night manicure played a role in it not being as great as it should have been. But it's not a 100% fail because it was really fun and colorful. I basically grabbed a bunch of neons and went to town. At the bottom I've included the picture I used for my inspiration. It is not my photo and I do not know who to credit for it.  In person these were even more neon-tastic! That's the fun with nail art you win some and you loose some but in the process you have fun and you get a little better each time.
