Today I'm wearing this polish to help a dear friend commemorate the 10 year passing of her mother. Amanda from The Nail Polish Enthusiast helped create this shade in honor of her mother and it has become one of Lex's best selling polishes. It's not hard to see why that might be. She's a total sweetheart and I'm happy I was able to take part in this along with some other bloggers. Please visit Amanda's Page if you'd like to see her swatches and read more about her mother.
Notes about the polish.. If I wear this one again I would layer it over a base color. It's very sheer on it's own and you end up with the dreaded visible nail line. However it's not really bad in person but since my nails are long I rather not see my free edge peeking through. I used several coats maybe about 4. I also did fish out a few glitter pieces to layer on top and I'm really happy with how it looked. Fishing out a few glitters didn't take that much more time and it really paid off in the overall look of the polish. Love this polish and knowing the story behind it makes me love it even more!
