E is for Elaine!
First I want to start off by saying that I have been slacking with posts. I will try harder to get back in the swing of things. It just seems like lately i've been staying up till odd hours of the night and I really don't do much of anything. I have to say Instagram is a big time waster for me I really get lost there..... hah I think I need to work on my social network addiction.... gulp... yes I have another addiction besides Nail Polish... the internet!! If you really miss seeing me I do post on instagram almost twice a day so even though I may not go through and do a formal blog post each day, I am active online bugging people with nail pics : ) . I have now pretty much gone into over drive and I paint my nails almost on a daily basis.... okay enough blabbing....
The polish.. It was tough finding an E I wanted to wear , At first I was thinking I should wear an Essie and get it over and done with but I admit lately Essie just doesn't do much for me. I picked Elaine by A England since i've been digging cremes lately. Plus I've already planned the glitter i'm going to put on top of this. Well the formula on this is fantastic, I layered this over another polish and it covered it up in almost one coat. There's nothing to not like about this. I like how even though it's a darker color you can still see it's an eggplant purple and that it doesn't just look black once on the nail.
I will make an attempt to post on here more often. Everyday maybe a little extreme but I think I can handle posting every other day... Anyone still come over here and read this??? hah is this mic hot? hahaha okay maybe first I can work on getting to bed before 3am.... hah small steps!
Very pretty! I am in the mood for a crème polish, now that I think of it :) I love this shade of purple on you!

ReplyDeleteI know! I've been away for too long. Real life in the way, haha. But I'm making a comeback :) While glitter IS my favorite, I always need a pretty color to layer it over, lol.
ReplyDeleteWe were scary close to being twins today! I had Elaine set out and was planning my mani, but I ws using some review products and can't post them until after the 16th. Booo.

I love this color! I will always be a dark/blackened color fan, even when I'm rebellious and wearing bright summer colors. I'll go back in the middle of July and wear colors like this. Was hoping for a couple pics with the topper you were talking about...
