I've never been a big fan of loud and crazy in your face polishes but this one screams WEAR ME, and I can't help but obey! It's a microglitter mix of Neon Green and Neon Yellow, they are blended so well that they just create this stunningly drool worth shade of green. Radioactive is really the perfect name for it! Outside it sorta reminded me of a Tennis ball. Really Crazy color! This one takes a little time and patience to apply. I recommend several thin coats and letting the coats dry before applying the next. I don't remember how many coats it took because I stopped counting at 4. It can be layered over an opaque color but I didn't like it. I felt like it changed the color too much. I really wanted the color of the glitter to speak for itself. When you're done it will be a little thick looking but I actually liked that because it made me feel like I went and got fancy fake nails put on... hah I guess it just gave me a different experience than I'm used to. I really love love love this one. If I didn't have to swatch the other one this would be a polish I could wear for several days and not get tired of!
While I did like this one, I did not have the same love affair with this one as I did with Radioactive. It's a minty polish with two glitter sizes a medium and large hex glitter suspended in a milky base. The base is sheer and has to be built up. I believe I used 3 coats in the pictures below. For this one I'd recommended layering it over a white. The main reason is that each brush stroke delivers a lot of glitter and it can be hard to try to build up your base if you start having an abundance on glitter piling on top of each other. That's pretty much what happened to me. One side note about this polish is that some of the larger glitter hex did have a slight curl to them, Nothing that really poked through or that a layer or two of top coat didn't calm down. I also really think this would have been less of an issue for me had I layered this over a good base that way the glitters would have more room to lay flat on the nail instead of on top of each other. This polish makes me want a nice giant minty bowl of ice cream!
