So Yes I've been totally MIA. I still think about the blog and how I should be updating more but it gets put on the back burner since I've been hardcore planning and designing the kitchen in our new house. It is totally gutted and everything is planned, all appliances have been purchased and I can't wait to be able to share the progress on the kitchen once something actually starts happening! I've decided to create the backsplash and do some kind of crazy mosaic. Still not sure what I'll do but just know that most of my time is spent looking up kitchen stuff. I've finally figured out how useful pinterest can be in saving my kitchen ideas in one place!
So about this nail polish... Glitter Gal Frappe was honestly not a big favorite of mine at first. It took 4 coats and well it wasn't quite as opaque as I'd like it to be. But I have to admit it did grow on me. It's a very delicate holo and I would recommend layering it over a similar color. The color is somewhere between a light pink and a light lavender.

lovely lovely :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great length for you! Looks really good :)
ReplyDeleteI love pinterest and I love that holo goodness!
ReplyDeleteYour shorter nails look really good! Hope your kitchen will turn out perfect for you :)
ReplyDeleteI also bought this one last year and it did not grab me when I got it. We both must have seen it on the same blog because I know that is why I picked out that shade...and I thinking whoever I saw it swatched from probably increased the intensity in the photos. I was surprised when I got it that it was as light as it is. It's going to grow on me more now that I am liking to wear a wider variety of shades including pastels that I did not usually wear for a whole lot of years.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous!!!!!! I luv this nail length on you!!!
ReplyDeleteit's so pretty and delicate but holllooooo! Love your nails :D
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about being busy. I think it's happening to a few of us at the moment! I love this shade on you. I have a few GG holos, purple and red but I'd love to try the softer shades too :)
