Sally Hansen Salon Effects "Cut it Out"

I took a few days off after the challenge, hah I needed the break but I'm still here and I hope to get back into the swing of things. I will announce the winner of my giveaway in a few days so bare with me while I get things rolling again....
So I actually wore this a very long time ago and never had a chance to put it up since I was doing the Challenge all last month. I honestly would have never tried these if Sally Hansen's PR department didn't send them to me. The main reason is that well I didn't know how nice these would play with my longer nails. Not to mention I have to have a good bit of polish on my nails to keep them from flexing all over the place. So I gave these a try and I have to say I was beyond impressed with these. The process of putting them on took me some time but overall there were a lot of strips so finding a match to your nails isn't hard, plus you can stretch them a little to get a better fit. I have to admit that I didn't put on a top coat over this until the next day and that was a mistake because whatever imperfections i had happened over the first night of wearing them. After I put on a top coat the next day the nails pretty much looked the same until I took it off 11 days later. Tip wear was almost a non issue with these. I was afraid that the strips would not be enough polish on my nails to keep them happy but to my surprise it was. These are for sure long nail friendly! I have a friend who seriously loves these Salon Effects she has a whole drawer filled with them and I can see why, They last till you take them off , they're easy to put on, and they look pretty cool! With shorter nails you can usually get two wears off one box. So if you haven't tried these out yet go do it. They have a lot of funky designs out there! These would be perfect for a vacation since they last very long! They retail for about 10.00 which is cheap considering you have instant nail art that lasts! Did I mention that I must have gotten a million complements on my nails while wearing them! They totally get your nails noticed. Even the UPS guy loved them!

After about 4 days I got a little  antsy and the while and black was just begging me to fill it in... hah I gotta say not my best coloring in job but it was still fun!
